I am not against restaurants but foods in restaurant are very good taste and full but you get with you also, fat and sugar. However, if you have a professional meeting in lunch time, it is advised for you to take grilled meat, steamed vegetables but forget desserts. Because sugar at the end of lunch time, keep in your stomach all food you take and it really take long to dissolve.

In afternoon

It is better to take seasonal fruit because it brings vitamins and nourish better your brain. Automatic distributor of soda is not advised to get healthy during that time.If you are one of those staff who must manage stress, avoid to take any candies. Just breath. Breathing is much more really effective result than any sweet you eat during your pause afternoon.

About exercises

The best is you do exercises with pleasure. And you don't need to subscribe in any club of sport to do it. If you can afford to pay monthly fee, it is nice for you. But you must enjoy life around you, just take thirty minutes to walk daily. And then you walking habit becomes you daily exercises. You can come to work with your bike. You can walk with colleagues after diner. During your duty, don't send any e-mail to your colleagues upstairs but take stairs to visit him or her. If you move your body, you give oxygen to your brain and then you are more efficient in your job.

One of exercises you can do also is to take stairs when you go out, when you are in supermarket for example.
