                   When many members of my family caught by Diabetes, I started to ask many questions about the reasons. Surely, there are reasons. Why my members of my family are sick of that king of disease. Recently, I started to dig to finds these reasons. So today, it is good for everybody to share what I learned from Diabetes. When I checked one by one the habit of each member of my family and compare what doctors think about Diabetes, I am astonished of the consequences of that disease. 10 things I learned to avoid Diabetes is our subject today in recent health news.

- Water: every day, anyone has to drink water 1.5 L. That is the first you have to do. You cannot drink that quantity in one time but you drink it in small portion all day long. Water takes out the sugar that your body does not need anymore by piss or sweat.
    
- Eating vegetables and fruits every day: the best is to eat seasonal FRESH vegetables and fruits from your region and your country. You don't need to eat big quantity, but only 200g of vegetables and 100g of fruits are enough. I don't give you a list of vegetables and fruits but you have to change it every day. The benefit of vegetables and fruits are to bring more 'natural' water to your body. Also, it swallows extra sugar to your body.

- Avoid to eat too fatty foods: nowadays, many people like to eat fatty foods. That is really easy case to bring you to the diabetes.

- Sugar: people like sweet foods such as cakes, soda, candies,... But, you must be very careful about sugar. That is really a poison to your body. I don't say that avoid it however, limit the quantity of sugar you eat every day. You don't need to swallow a huge quantity of sweet foods. A portion of a cake is enough or coffee with one tea spoon of sugar your body needs...


- Alcohol: maybe it is not sweet when you drink it but, alcohol contains a huge quantity of hidden sugar. I don't know exactly if anyone who drink alcohol know about that. In many case, after a glass of wine or whiskey, then another glass is coming, and more and more...until drunk. But, your body cannot support that huge quantity of sugar. And after many times of drinking, Diabetes start. So avoid to be drunk when there is some opportunity to drink with family or friends. The consequence is catastrophic. 


- Exercises are your best allies. Try to do it every two or three days. You can start to walk and forget you car or taxi. When you are in mall, it is much better to take the stairs to go to upstairs and forget the escalator. But you can jog, you can ride bike, you can swim, you can practice any sport you like.

- When you do exercise, do it with pleasure and like fun. You don't need to torture your body. You can do it with friends or family. But some people do exercise alone. Up to you. You can choose the best option you like.

- Avoid to eat fruits or foods in can. These kind of foods are too rich of sugar to preserve the flavor and the taste. Foods in can are very good taste but, it has too sweet, too fatty. And that your body doesn't need. This is medical article...


- Sleeping enough: scientists said seven hours everyday are enough for an adult. For children, they must sleep nine hours. Because of our smart phone and our tablet, we don't care too much anymore to our time to sleep. People become to be addict of Facebook and Tweeter. And people don't sleep enough anymore. That leads to Diabetes type II.

- Avoid to take a huge quantity of foods in evening time. When you take dinner, take small portion. Your body needs to take a rest during seven hours. That will help you to sleep very well.
