           Sorry Guys but I don't ask you to drink alcohol on this blog for health article. I don't need to tell you how bad is the consequence of it in your health. But the trick I learn after been drunk, I discover suddenly was last year after being invited by friends to attend celebration. Also, this trick I learn after been drunk is not for drinkers who spend times and energy in bar. This trick is for anyone who get trouble with alcohol often because people hate to be with a drunk person. Let me remain you again that I don't push you to swallow a bottle of whiskey and then do this trick please ....This health article is not for an alcohol drinker...


 Health Article: Trick I Learn After Being Drunk

Last year, some friends invited me to joint a celebration because one guy gets a new very good job. So everybody started to drink as they were able to. And drink, and drink....
Me personally, I did not stop to drink on that evening because friends gave always  'glasses' full of wine. So for everybody, it was a very good moment to enjoy the night, and free flow food for that fiesta. But after two hours to drink with friends and to talk about everything, I decided to leave a to go to sleep in another room alone. I was totally drunk...drunk...drunk....And naturally, I didn't hear people left the house...

But when I waked up five hours later, it was already nearly two o'clock in morning, and all guests left the place already; but only me and the guards still stayed there. And nobody disturbed me during that night; when they saw that I was drunk then, they let me to sleep.
Next, I just got out of the house, and I informed the guards that I left the place, then they locked up the door. But I was still drunk, I were able to walk but not normally. I tried to keep walking with balance but the alcohol I drunk was to 'heavy' for my body.
Then, I started to run to go home. Yes, I run ...At home, my wife and my daughter slept already but, that night was special because I arrived at home over two o'clock in morning. Also, my wife has a habit to joke with me with sms message at eleven o'clock evening but on that night I did not get any message from her.... Later, I know the reason...She said to me that she did some exercises at home so she slept early because she was tired than before.

So I run during ten minutes to go home. Yes, I run during ten minutes...And fifty meters from home I stopped and took breath. I sweated a lot. Even my clothes were very wet of my sweat. I took breath for five minutes and then, I started to walk until I arrived at home.

But I was surprised when I took breath because I was not drunk anymore...Yes I was not drunk anymore. The red wine I drunk was fully gone with the 'little' and sudden exercise I did.

I am married for seventeen years and my wife does not like that her husband comes back home to be drunk. I know many women don't like that. So that 'new discovery trick' I used on that moment to deal with my behavior keeps happy my marriage. Honestly, my wife didn't know that I was drunk on that night. Even when I opened the door, she slept deeply. She didn't hear me when I landed on bed.

            Let me remain you again that I don't push you, I don't encourage you, to drink alcohol many times and to do this trick I learn after been drunk. But you can test it. I let you to test it and you will see the result. If you know a doctor or a physician, you can ask him or her what is the main reason. A person very drunk does a jogging for ten to fifteen minutes, gets very sweat after, and then all alcohol is gone.
I am not a drinker...I like to take care of my health like you also.
