                            It is not a joke to get suddenly diabetes disease. Diabetes are one of the worse disease  of this 21st. century. The Diabetes Type 2 spread worldwide.
Today here in recent health medical news, I want to give you from my experience some advice from a family leaving with diabetes. I am not yet sick. But I live now with theses advises to avoid it. I see many medical health problems of people whom their live are destroyed. Then, medical anti-diabete recent news is the solution of that problem to avoid it.

For you and me, diabetes are from a consumption of too much food too sweet. Or foods have many sugar. Someone has a high glucose (blood sugar) in blood. That person will have a frequent urination and he will become increasingly and hungry.
Every morning, during breakfast, someone drinks coffee very sweet, eat pan cakes with honey and jam. After, two years, for sure, the body of that person cannot anymore produce insulin to fight the glucose in blood  or the body cannot response properly to insulin or both, then, diabetes will start to rise up.
Or, anyone who drinks alcohol too much can get Diabetes also. Alcohol contain a huge quantity of sugar even the taste is not generally sweet.
Or, other factors like people don't sleep enough every night during a decade and more...
Or, anyone who has a habit to eat fatty food without vegetables: a huge quantity of meat.

- Do like me I decided to take out of my breakfast sugar. I drink my milk without sugar every morning, my wife prepares home made yogurt with sugar free. Yogurt has already a natural sugar during the process of fermentation so I don't need to add sugar just for taste.
- Eat every day veggies and fruits. I mean you have to eat seasonal vegetables and fruits every day. Fruits have a natural sugar also so, I don't think that you need to add sugar more when you eat it.
- Be careful with fat food and any meats especially read meat. Your body does not need 500 g every day. Only 100 g of any kind of meat is enough every 3 days. You can find may protein in some vegetables like spinach.
- Be careful with salt. Now I am over 40s already. So twice a week, I eat food with salt free. Before, it was so difficult to do it. However, I am in habit now to eat food without salt.
- The process of cooking also I changed. I eat steamed or boil foods twice a week. Of course, the taste is not really good but I focus on the quality of the vitamins inside of it.
- Plus, I don't forget to sleep enough. 7 hours every night are enough.
- And, don't forget the exercise. Without exercises, you cannot protect your body against diabetes. Any kind of exercises are good. Personally, I walk to go home in evening. And at home, I still do it:  stretching, bodybuilding, many breath exercise. The truth is that, I love sport, I enjoy to do it then, it is not difficult for me find times to practice.
- Water also is very important. It flushes out excess sugar and minerals body does not need anymore. The right quantity is 1.5 liter every day. Vegetables and fruits you eat every day also contain natural water to baste your body.
