Here is tips in medical news I give you when you get up in the morning. I know everybody know how to wake up after a deep and good sleep. For Medical reasons, many persons miss that getting up and out of the bed is important to back health.

- Your pillow is not to high nor to low. It is not to hard nor to soft. It keeps your neck always in a good position during your deep sleeping. You can find many different kind of pillow in market. It is not really the design is important. But you can choose the good one. If you buy a new mattress, some shop gives you pillow. I think that is not bad for customers who do not know the good pillow for them.
- You wait to get out of the bed to avoid to damage your spines. In the morning, you don't need to wake up quickly. Your spines are to susceptible to get injury. So you have to lie on your bed around fifteen minutes. I got that problem when I am late to go working. But I feel hurt after few hours. I did not know that wake up quickly is bad for spines;
- Don't lie on your front with your neck twisted to one side because you will get a hurt in the neck. Avoid this kind of position from now;
- Change your mattress every seven years. Our parents never teach us that we have to change mattress after a few years. But this is something people don't know. I think after seven years, mattress is no more strong enough to keep people spine in the right position. And specialized shop can show you the right mattress for you. Do not forget that mattress is also something personal. So do not hesitate to ask to the seller what you need.

Try to keep your back away from injury. Everyone can get a deep sleeping, but not everyone can have a healthy spine. That is why waking up smoothly is necessary to get healthy back. Your back needs some times to be ready to support your during your daily work. But if you do not give to your spines the time necessary for him to recover then you will feel hurt always in your back.
