              Coffee is finding everywhere and in every country, you can drink it. Health news: recently, scientists found many reasons to drink coffee. Many studies are emerging now to show up the benefit of that black beverage. The several health benefit will I show here. These reasons, I give you here in recent health news. Before, I did not drink coffee because I did not know clearly the benefit of coffee. But now, I drink like you also because I want to keep healthy. Reason to drink coffee is our health news today.


Coffee is containing antioxidant

Back in 2005, a study made by American Chemical Society : 'Coffee is number one source of antioxidant', human body like to swallow more antioxidant from coffee. We know that fruits and vegetables are very rich of antioxidant. If you combine it together, there is big benefit for your health. People who have a deep tradition to drink that black drink get more of their antioxidants from it, nothing else comes close. Decaffeinated and caffeinated provide the same quantity of antioxidants.

Coffee is good for your liver

On 2006, there was another study which showed that people who drink a cup of coffee during twenty-two years have twenty per cent less to get liver cirrhosis. Arthur Klatsky who leads the study said to The Guardian that coffee has a protective effect against alcoholic cirrhosis for anyone who absorb it. The more the person takes coffee, the risk to be hospitalized or dying for alcoholic cirrhosis is less. This a good news for anyone who drink alcohol.

Anti-stress effect

The aroma of coffee seems to have a good effect to be an anti-stress. That result was from a study from university of Seoul. The main point here is that the stress is caused by a huge lack of sleep. I don't really know the result if people take a pack of coffee and put it near the pillow during all night long. I never try that one. But I think we don't have anything to loose so why don't try it out?

Anti-Parkinson's disease

There is a link between drinking coffee and Parkinson's disease risk. So, drinking coffee every day can reduce the risk to get Parkinson's disease. The caffeine has a huge role for that action. This was from a study in U.S. The journal Neurology added that caffeine help sick patient of Parkinson's to control movement. This study was from Research Institute of the McGrill University Health Center.

Drinking a moderate coffee on two cups per day can have an eleven per cent lower risk of heart failure. The result of this study show up the importance of the quantity of coffee you drink every day. The benefit you get is the right quantity of this beverage. Researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard School Public Health worked together for that conclusion.

That black drink reduces fifty-nine per cent risk of prostate cancer for any man who drink four or more a day. This study is published in the journal Cancer Causes and Control. Frankly, I am worrying to drink over two cups every day. But a study is coming from a scientific research.

A regular black coffee gives you a very low calorie. That black beverage contains only around two calories. But if sugar and milk are added to it, the calorie will blow up your health.

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin controls the biological activity of the body's sex hormones for testosterone and estrogen which play a role in the development of type two diabetes. Dr. Simin Liu one of member of researcher at UCLA said an inverse association is a link between of that 'drink' consumption and risk for type 2 diabetes. Harvard School of Public Health researchers published that increasing caffeine consumption may reduce risk of type two diabetes. People who take by more than one cup a day (on average, an increase of 1.69 cups per day) over a 4-year period had an 11% lower type 2 diabetes risk over.

But you must take it in right quantity because if you drink over four cups every day, the benefit will become to be a poison for your health. So keep drink it for maximum three cups per day.
