Top health topics today, is based on memory techniques I use to keep my brain busy. You can find many techniques online or in books. But mine are techniques simple and easy. Current Hot Topics in Healthcare: I Exercise to Remember My Life from 4 old Years
Let's start from the beginning. I try to remember my life from 4 old years until yesterday. The main reason is simple, I cannot remember under that age. Personally, I really cannot remember how was my life when I was born. However, when I do an effort to use my memory, the best start is from 4 old years.
So my trick is simple. It is divided in two categories.
- Bad things I forget
I avoid to remember bad sequence in my life. I tried it many times but I really feel bad when I remember something bad in my life. It is look like I still would live it actually even it was happen long time ago.
- Good things I keep
I try always to stick on good things happen in my life. I really enjoy it. In opposite of the bad things, it makes me happy and push me up to enjoy life and to have always a hope 'tomorrow'. I am naturally optimist in my life. I feel to maintain the feeling of happiness in my mind and my heart. To do that I had to understand myself. And that needs really a time.

When I calculate anything, I try always to use my mind, like a schoolboy who is send by the teacher in front near the blackboard and is stalked because of the eyes of classroom and the teacher, also, I feel to be sure that I know the answer of the problem.
However, if I don't have anything to count, I recite all multiplication table. I do it with all languages I can speak very well. This exercise is for me a hobby. I don't feel hurt my memory to do so.

When I was very young, I did not like to read. But when my parents saw that I had a very bad mark in some subjects at school such as languages...Then, they forced me to read. In the beginning, I hated it. But they encouraged me to start with comic strip book, and then I landed in real books without any images. My first real book without images was roman book. And then after that first taste, I feel to encourage myself to read another one. And I challenged my self to read fully the Bible. It took 2 weeks to do it. I really get a huge pleasure to read Bible.
But I select always books I read.

I learned Languages, now I can speak four of it fluently. But I plan to learn more because, I left my country and I meet many different people from different countries whom don't speak English.
I learn by heart Proverbs in Bible. It really a solution of many situations in my life.
I learn also Verses in Bible, it is a big part of soul foods and very rich one.
I love to play crosswords or arrow words in french language. It is a good exercice for my mind. It is not easy to play but I do it. Sometimes, I find out all words, but sometimes it is so difficult that I give up.
I still keep myself to be an adult student. I don't stop to learn, I keep going to learn new things. Now, with my daughters, she teaches me something she got from school that I didn't know....

You may have a different method to entertain your memory. These memory techniques I showed you above are my system to keep my memory working. My advice for you is simple. Don't thing that you are old and stop to use your memory and your mind to do something you like. Keep your mind busy. Your mind likes that. Learn something that will help you to feel better and comfortable.
